Event Overview

This a fundraiser dinner being organised by Jon Walsh & James Welch - 100% of profits will go to The Red Cross Ukraine Crisis Appeal.

It has escaped no one's awareness that Putin's Russia has invaded Ukraine, and many people there have been running for their lives over the past month. We live in a connected world. Many of us have made the internet a major part of our careers. We have also been fortunate that we live in a Western democracy that is fairly stable. We have industry colleagues in the Ukraine who are struggling to live and work without fearing for our lives.

It is with this knowledge that we wish to do something to help alleviate some of the struggle for the lives of many Ukrainians today, and as such Jon Walsh and James Welch would like to invite you to a fundraising dinner and discussion to raise much needed funds today for people fleeing from the Ukraine.

Watching social media we can see there have been plenty of profile pictures having added the Ukrainian flag, and although supportive does little to alleviate the lives of Ukrainian people fleeing a live conflict.
